    CIS Group’s well-versed tech support team has the background and experience to support every type of facility – from a single editing workstation to a fully integrated broadcaster. Our support engineers have decades of experience in the content production and post-production space. Additionally, the team is certified in troubleshooting and solving operational and technical issues in multi-manufacturer environments, and is more than capable of training your internal staff to operate solutions effectively.

    We offer support and training for all solutions sold. Typically, CIS’s support options include, but are not limited to:

    • 24/7 phone and email support*
    • 24/7 remote support*
    • On-site support for preventative (i.e. scheduled maintenance) as well as emergency situations
    • RMA assistance on products under support
    • Access to our local inventory of spare parts and loaner equipment for up to 30 days, if available

    *Please note, terms are discussed on a per contract basis, and agreed upon definitions of support types included as part of all executed proposals.
